How do we get started?

Getting started is simple. Send us an email at support@rainyweather.agency with your idea or project details. We will send you a short questionnaire to better understand your goals, needs, and expectations. After reviewing your answers, we will schedule a call to discuss the project in more detail and explore possible directions. This first conversation is completely free and there is no obligation to continue. Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, we can start with wireframes, design, development, or help solve specific challenges within your current website.

What platforms do you build on?

We work with carefully selected technologies that allow us to create flexible, reliable, and tailored websites. The platform and tools we choose depend on the goals, complexity, and requirements of each project. We select the right setup for each client, balancing factors such as customization, ease of use, performance, and long-term scalability.

Do you offer fixed pricing or custom quotes?

Most projects receive a custom quote based on the scope, goals, and requirements of the project. We believe every website is different, so pricing is tailored to the work involved. For ongoing maintenance, support, or additional work outside the agreed scope, we work with a fixed hourly rate. The project scope is always created together and remains open for discussion throughout the process. Our standard payment structure is split into two parts: 50% before the project starts and 50% after completion.

Yes. We can improve, redesign, or extend an existing website, whether you need help with structure, visual design, development, performance, or ongoing support. We will first review the current setup and recommend the most practical path forward.
